JO criticises Sollentuna for allowing an inmate to spend two weeks placed in a cell without a bed or table. She would like to point out that the circumstances that form the basis of a cell placement with limited equipment must be documented. The remand centre is also criticised for insufficient documentation of isolation-breaking actions. Due to this lack of documentation, JO has not been able to investigate to what extent the inmate was offered such actions.
